COMPANY PROFILE

VM Group is a US company offering expertise in investment management, analysis and development over the U.S.

Together with our partners, we own, operate, and develop rental housing, including traditional multifamily, mixed-use, student living and public housing (Section 8).

The company was founded by Zvika van Moppes in 2008.

VM Group operates alongside JVM, a sister company run on the same method: proprietary transactions, sponsor co-investment in every deal, and full in-house execution from underwriting through disposition. JVM was established to accommodate a separate partnership structure, allowing us to match each transaction with the right group of partners. Partners in either platform are backed by the same team, the same investment committee, and the same standards.

We work with a select group of partners – high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private and institutional LPs – who invest alongside us, deal by deal. Every opportunity we present is proprietary: sourced, underwritten and operated by our own team.

This working method allows us to source opportunities off-market and to manage them efficiently through the full life of the investment.

Our operational partners are locally present and familiar with all of our target markets. We always have people on the ground to oversee operations, build relationships and find opportunities.

ZVIKA VAN MOPPES \ FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Zvika van Moppes is the co-founder and president of VM Group and JVM. With over three decades of international entrepreneurial and operating experience. Built and led a leading chemical-distribution company headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, overseeing its expansion across South America, before transitioning to U.S. real estate in 2008 as the founder of VM Group. Since then, he has guided the group’s investment strategy, oversight and long-term capital relationships across U.S. residential markets.

DORON FEIGELMAN \ FOUNDER

With over 30 years of experience in the business world and 20 years in the US real estate sector, Doron is one of the cornerstones of the company, he is responsible for real estate development and project management in many of the markets in which we operate.

Doron holds a degree from Ben Gurion University in Materials Engineering, among other things, he initiated and founded a consulting and technological solution company for the PVC cards industry called USAID Systems Inc., founded the company Creekstone Capital LLC which provides bridging loans for real estate.

EYAL VAN MOPPES \ MANAGING PARTNER

Eyal van Moppes is the co-founder and managing partner of VM Group and JVM. Eyal leads key strategic initiatives, including the development and execution of investment strategies. With sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of market trends, he identifies high-potential target markets and growth opportunities. He also oversees financial management and analysis for new investments, applying expertise in risk and opportunity assessment. Eyal holds a B.A. in Management and Logistics from Sapir College.

NETANEL GANEGLUS \ MANAGING PARTNER

Netanel Ganeglus is the co-founder and managing partner of VM Group and JVM. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, Netanel brings strategic insight and broad expertise to his leadership role. Formerly CEO of Eretz Ir Real Estate & Entrepreneurship, he developed a deep understanding of market dynamics and operational management. Today, Netanel leads key aspects of the company’s success – from acquisition analysis and investment strategy to overseeing legal, accounting, and tax matters – ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing financial performance.
