VM is a US limited liability company offering expertise in investment management, analysis and development over the U.S.
Together with our strategic partners, we own, operate, and develop rental housing, including traditional multifamily, mixed-use, student living and public housing (Section 8).
The company was founded by Zvika Van Moppes in 2008
We work with selected clients who come from wealthy families for whom we build a unique investment portfolio in the real estate sector and therefore we define ourselves as a family investment office.
Thanks to the result of this working method, we are able to close the best deals on the market and manage them optimally and efficiently.
Our operational partners are locally present and familiar with all of our target markets. We always have people on the ground to oversee operations, build relationships and find opportunities.

ZVIKA VAN MOPPES \ FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
With over 30 years of experience in the business world, Zvika is the owner and CEO of several companies in Brazil engaged in the field of chemicals and the president of VM, which he guides through his experience.
Holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Ben Gurion University. In his youth he served as a soldier and company commander in the “Golani Brigade”.
DORON FEIGELMAN \ FOUNDER
With over 30 years of experience in the business world and 20 years in the US real estate sector, Doron is one of the cornerstones of the company, he is responsible for real estate development and project management in many of the countries in which we operate.
Doron holds a degree from Ben Gurion University in Materials Engineering, among other things, he initiated and founded a consulting and technological solution company for the PVC cards industry called USAID Systems Inc., founded the company Creekstone Capital LLC which provides bridging loans for real estate.
EYAL VAN MOPPES \ MANAGING PARTNER
As managing partner of VM Group, Eyal’s responsibilities include establishing and implementing investment strategies, identifying new target markets and the overall financial analysis and management of new investments.
Eyal holds a degree in management and logistics from Sapir College
NETANEL GANEGLUS \ MANAGING PARTNER
With 9 years of experience in the real estate field, Netanel previously served as CEO of the “Eretz Ir real estate and development” company and currently serves as a managing partner in VM Group.
Netanel’s responsibilities include in-depth purchasing analyzes, choosing an accurate and correct investment that matches the company’s work method, control and supervision in the legal field, accounting and taxation.
